I try not to complain and I don’t think anyone else should either. I believe that most of the things that happen to people, including myself, happen because they ask for it. Whether it’s good or bad. Can someone please answer these questions for me?
I’ve been having random panic attacks for almost a year now. They scare the hell out of me and I feel like I get them out of nowhere. I hear you get them when you’re stressed out, but I really feel most of them come out of the blue. Am I stressing subconsciously? Is it normal for me get panic attacks out of nowhere? And how can I make them go away? Will I need medication? I feel weird...
Have to keep reminding myself:
-Don’t make permanent actions based on temporary emotions.
-Keep your balance; remember where you came from, and what you want to do.
-Keep your feet on the ground.
-Stay realistic, don’t expect anything in particular from anyone.
-There’s a difference between being humble & being a doormat. Don’t confuse the two.

I hope I get to go to Orlando this weekend. I don’t even have to go to the parks or to a club, or do anything wild. Just being able to get away from every routine in my life—parents, work, school, the same people—with my girls will suffice, will make me happy.
